Bob Finnegan, after 14 years as the Chairman of the 3 man AKCA Judging Committee, is stepping down, effective at the AKCA Seminar in February, 2009.  The new Committee will be Galen Hansen, Chairman, Charles Phelps, and Bryan Bateman.
